General Terms:

Know your state and local laws. It is your responsibility to know these before making a purchase. I will NOT knowingly break, disobey, or circumvent laws. This includes “brown-boxing” or shipping inappropriately just to cut shipping costs. 

Pricing:

All prices are subject to availability.

Shipping:

All orders of snakes are available for local pickup and delivery. Shipping will be calculated on a per order basis through Redline Shipping as an overnight package. We will work with you on timing of shipping to ensure the safety of the snake(s). We are currently only offer shipping within the continental United States Mondays through Thursdays. We do not currently offer international shipping live snakes.

Methods of Payment

All payments are made on this website is through Square which accepts most major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Discovery, and American Express. Payment plans can be arranged, with a 25% nonrefundable deposit. Local sales can accept cash. Personal checks and money orders will NOT be accepted.

Live Arrival Guarantee:

  1. Someone must sign for package on FIRST delivery attempt. If no one signs for it, guarantee is void. If you requested your package to be held at your local FedEx station, you must pick up within 4 hours. 
  2. If you input your address incorrectly, we cannot guarantee that once it is re-routed, that it will be ok, so make sure you input your address correctly, and then double check it! 
  3. Temperatures at destination, and FedEx pass through facility(in route) must be between 40-90f or guarantee is void. If temperatures are 25f -40f, or above 90f its mandatory to have it held at a FedEx Ship Center for pickup – always recommended any time of year. 
  4. All Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims must be made within 24 hours from receipt of shipment. Proof with a photo of our label, and our snake clearly deceased. Do not dispose of snake, place in zip-lock and freeze until you get further instructions from us. 
  5. All packages must be signed for, FedEx will NEVER leave a package without a signature. NO EXCEPTIONS! Our priority is the snake’s health and safety, and therefore we cannot provide shipping without signature.
  6. Although we guarantee live arrival if above conditions are met, if you have any issues with the animal you must notify us in writing within 24 hours via email

Trades:

We are not currently accepting trades at this time.

Resales

  • If you are interested in having any of our available snakes at your store or convention, please reach out to us for wholesale pricing consideration.
  • It will be the buyers responsibility to consider all local and state laws regarding the wholesale acquisition of snakes for purpose of resale.
  • We request that any resales are marked at the agreed upon pricing and clearly indicate that we are the breeder of the snake.
  • Any snakes that are purchased with the intention of resale without explicit permission will face legal action.

Refund Policy:

For animals:

  • Our priority is the health and safety of our snakes. If you are no longer able to provide a good home for the snake(s), we will work with you to return the snake(s) to us. You are welcome to reach out to us at anytime, and we encourage you to keep in contact with us!
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide shipping labels to use.
  • All animal refunds requests will be subject to a minimum 15% rehoming and restocking fee and subject to the current condition of the animal. Any illnesses or injuries that are present on arrival of the snake will be taken into consideration, as well as any required vet visits. If any medical costs exceed the original selling price, we will not issue a refund.
  • If you are returning the snake due to medical attention that is needed and you are experiencing financial hardship, we will cover the medical expenses with documentational support of financial hardship. This can include a notarized letter indicating financial hardship, which should be included with the returned animal.
  • Refunds will be distributed one week after the animal’s arrival to ensure live arrival and health of the animal. Any illnesses or injuries that are discovered one week after the returned arrival that are not obviously the result of time spent with the buyer, such as injuries sustained during shipping to or from the buyer, the buyer is not subject to additional medical expenses.
  • Legal action will be perused if the snake has sustained any illness or injury as the result intentional actions by the buyer. This can including neglect of the snake or exposing the snake to unsafe conditions, such as not taking proper quarantine measures around other animals, inappropriate enclosure environment, or injuries or illnesses sustained from the result of feeding live prey, or contaminated food items.
  • Any returned snakes will go into a 3 month quarantine before being considered for resale.


For non-animal items:
If your order arrives damaged please contact us  within 24 hours of receipt to discuss replacement, repair, or refund options. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us to discuss replacements or credits. Costs of shipping will be discussed to determine eligibility.
